For an error report, include the page address, the text or calculation that seems wrong, and any source we can check. If a tool behaves unexpectedly, describe what you entered, the steps you took and what you expected. Remove account details or other private information that is not needed to reproduce the problem.
We review the relevant sources and calculation steps before replying when a report needs fact-checking. We aim to review ordinary inquiries within three business days; corrections that need further checking may take longer.
Advertising and partnerships
Use the same email address for advertising or partnership inquiries. A commercial relationship does not change our editorial criteria or calculation results.
