How this site handles inquiries, analytics, cookies and browser-stored settings, and how the English tools process your inputs and files.
Seller Tools processes information needed to answer inquiries, operate the site reliably and understand how it is used. We do not sell the information we collect.
1. Information and purposes

2. Retention and deletion
Inquiry and reply records are kept for up to one year after the matter is resolved, then deleted. They may be kept longer where a legal retention requirement applies or where needed to handle a dispute.
Site security logs may be processed for the periods set by the hosting provider’s security and incident-response policies. Google Analytics data is handled according to the service and the account’s retention settings. When the operational purpose ends or the service is discontinued, we review the relevant settings and deletion procedures and take the necessary action.

4. Cookies, analytics and advertising code
The site may use cookies needed for operation and security. Google Analytics may use first-party cookies such as _ga to distinguish visitors and sessions and collect usage statistics, approximate location, and browser and device information.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser. The Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on is another way to disable Analytics measurement; it does not block all other Google services.
The site includes Google AdSense connection code. Loading that code makes a connection to Google even when no advertisement is visible. This is separate from processing inputs and files locally in the tools. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services and My Ad Center for Google’s information and ad controls. We will update this policy to reflect the advertising functions, cookies and controls actually used when the setup changes.

This controls Google Analytics on this site in this browser. It does not remove past data or existing cookies, or change AdSense advertising.
Only your on/off choice is kept in this browser. It is not sent to our server. Clearing site data resets the choice; other browsers and devices are unchanged.
Korean and English pages share this choice in the same browser. Make a separate choice in each other browser, device or subdomain you use.
5. Inputs and files in the English tools
The character and UTF-8 byte counter processes entered text, selected filenames and file contents in your browser. The tool does not upload them or save your text, results or current counting settings in browser storage. Reloading the page or moving to another tool clears the current work. Files you download remain under your control.
The bulk title checker processes pasted text, CSV and Excel files, selected columns, checking conditions and results in your browser without uploading them. It does not retain source rows, filenames, results or suggestions for your next visit. Explicitly saved column mappings are described below. Downloaded results may include source filenames, worksheet names, row mappings and the cell values you imported; check a result before sharing it.
The unit converter processes entered numbers and results in your browser without uploading or storing them for this tool. It saves only the unit choices described below.
The time zone meeting planner processes your chosen locations, meeting date and time, working hours and results in your browser. It does not upload or save these inputs or results for the planner. Reloading or leaving the tool clears the current work. A copied summary or downloaded timetable remains under your control.
This local processing does not mean the entire website is offline or free of cookies. Hosting, analytics, advertising code and email inquiries work separately, as described above.
6. Settings kept in your browser
The features below describe the wider site, including tools currently available only in Korean. Browser storage is specific to the browser you use; it is not an account or an automatic backup on our server.
Favorites and recently used tools
Tool identifiers are saved in localStorage for favorites and the recent-tools list. They may remain after you close the browser and are not sent separately to the server for this feature. The Korean and English pages use the same stored tool lists; English pages show the tools available in English. Clear this site’s stored browser data to remove the lists.
Saved payout settings
The multi-currency payout calculator saves settings only when you press Save. It keeps up to 20 named sets in this browser, including calculation mode, currency, fee rates, fixed per-transaction and bank costs, exchange-rate type, a minimum payout in precise calculation, and the save time.
It does not save transaction amounts, actual exchange-rate values, order or payment counts, buyer taxes, one-off extra costs, results, or original payout and bank files. A saved bank-cost number does not save or verify the bank, receipt method, amount bracket or eligibility used to choose it. Names do not need personal or account information. Settings are not automatically sent to our server or another device. Reference exchange-rate requests do not include your transaction amounts or saved settings.
Delete an individual set or all payout settings without removing favorites or recent tools. Clearing browser data or closing a private window may remove settings. You may export or import a JSON backup; it is checked and processed in the browser without upload. Keep or delete downloaded backups yourself.
Saved margin and target-price settings
The margin and target-price calculators save settings only when you press Save: name, calculation mode, combined selling and payment fee rate, target margin where relevant, and save time. They share a maximum of 20 sets. Prices, product costs, shipping, advertising and other amounts, and calculation results are not saved.
These sets are separate from payout settings. Deleting one or all margin sets leaves payout settings, favorites and recent tools intact. JSON backup import and export run in the browser without upload or automatic synchronization. You manage downloaded files.
The bulk target-price, order contribution-profit and price-change margin tools can read these saved sets and apply the rates you choose. Prior values are kept only temporarily in the current page so you can undo an application. These tools do not alter the saved set or newly store or transmit product or order rows, amounts or results.
Saved column mappings
The order profit, SKU quantity and bulk title tools save a column mapping only when you press Save. The three tools share a maximum of 20 mappings. A record contains its name, mapped column names and roles, tool and calculation mode, record identifier, version and revision, and save and modification times.
It does not contain original filenames, order or product rows, amounts, selected statuses or results. Names and column labels you write are included in backups, so check that they contain no customer information. Records are not sent to the server or automatically synchronized with another device.
Deleting one mapping removes that record; deleting all mappings clears mappings for these three tools. Fee settings, image presets and other records remain. JSON backup files are processed in the browser and managed by you after download. Clearing site data may remove saved mappings.
Image and PDF conversion
When localStorage is available, the image/PDF converter remembers PDF paper size, margins on all sides and whether to combine multiple images. It does not store source files or converted files in localStorage or transmit them for this preference feature. Clearing site data restores A4 paper, 12 mm margins and combining enabled. Saving an existing PDF as PDF preserves its original page sizes regardless of these preferences.
Image and PDF compression
The compressor remembers only your chosen output format, quality and longest-edge size. It does not save files, filenames or compressed results, or transmit them for these preferences. The PDF compression method is not saved; it starts with the option that preserves text and links. Reset to defaults or clear site data to remove preferences. File processing remains available when storage is blocked.
Unit conversion
The unit converter remembers the last measurement type and source and destination units in localStorage. It does not save input numbers or results, or transmit or synchronize them for this feature. Resetting or clearing site data removes the saved unit choices. Calculation remains available when storage is blocked.
Saved image-size presets
Image-size presets are saved in localStorage only when you choose to save the current settings. They contain the name and identifier, save and modification times, width and height in pixels, fit mode, output format, background type and color, quality, target-size settings and selected recommended-size identifier.
They do not contain photos, original filenames, per-file crop positions or output images, or other tools’ transaction amounts, exchange rates or results. They are not sent to the site server or linked to an account. You can keep up to 20 presets, delete one or clear all image presets without removing other tools’ settings. JSON backups can be exported and imported without automatic synchronization. Text you put in a preset name is included in its backup.
7. Your information and requests
You may request access, correction, deletion or a stop to the processing of your personal information. Contact us and, after verifying your identity where needed, we will explain the action required.
